The Legend of "Homo Deus"
Who is the Divine Human in the 21st century?
This very question inspired us to create "Homo Deus"—a digital interdisciplinary show by students in the Digital Fashion course. The UFEG Team presented a preview of the show on stage at the Future Fashion Forum, and today we are exploring creative ways to bring the project’s concepts to life — a fusion of both the digital and real worlds.
This is our creative response to the book "Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow. Behind the Scenes of the Future" by Israeli historian and philosopher Yuval Noah Harari. UFEG graduates are exploring: how the body is changing in the age of biotechnology and artificial intelligence, what fashion means when the physical merges with the virtual, and how inner essence manifests itself in new forms and materials.
This is a project by a generation that asks questions but is afraid to seek answers: Will the Divine Human be able to cope with the mission it has taken upon itself?
